ABC HOLIDAY (1st grade)

One of the first school holidays, after the Day of Knowledge and the solemn assembly on September 1, is the Primer holiday.

5th grade students help in preparing and holding the holiday.

The stage is colorfully decorated. In large letters cut out of colored paper it is written:

Goodbye, Primer!

Children acting as letters are given headbands with letters:

In their hands they hold a drawing made on a landscape sheet, corresponding to the content of the poem.

For children, acting as the Primer, ABC, Native Speech, an image of the textbook cover is made, which is worn on the chest.

Those who act as fairy-tale characters are given appropriate costumes.

To the music of “What They Learn at School,” the children take their seats.

1st student : We remember that funny call,

What rang for us for the first time,

When we entered the school with flowers,

To your very best, first class.

2nd student: How the teacher greeted me at the door,

Our faithful friend for many days,

And a big noisy family of new girlfriends and friends.

3rd student: Sitting down at your desk carefully,

So as not to wrinkle the school uniform,

We opened our ABC books,

They opened the school notebook.

Made with your own hands together with your child, it will certainly become his favorite accessory and will often be used in games and entertainment. And made specifically for some special day, it will help preserve the memories of this holiday and make it brighter.

There is nothing easier than making a paper crown using ready-made templates. They can be printed to the desired scale, enlarged or shrunk to the desired size if necessary.

Watch the video on how to make a paper crown:

Crown cutting templates

If you display the image on a sufficiently thick and, if desired, colored sheet, it can be used as a blank - by cutting it along the contour, gluing it or attaching an elastic band, you will get the finished product. But more often, printouts are used as templates (stencils).

Paper crown with sequins

A crown made of paper with sequins looks very interesting. In order to make a crown we will need: scissors, yellow or golden paper, glue and bright large sequins.

First, print out the template for cutting out the crown:

Using a template, we draw the outlines of the future crown on yellow paper.

Cut out the crown along the contour.

Glue bright sequins onto the teeth of the crown.

Glue the parts of the crown on one side.

We adjust the size of the crown according to the head and glue the crown on the other side.

Cardboard crown with cotton wool rim

Real kings and queens will surely like a crown lined with “furs” made of cotton wool.

To make a crown with a rim of cotton wool, print out a template for cutting:

Cut out the printed template along the contour.

Using the template, we draw outlines for cutting onto the cardboard.

Glue the cardboard parts of the crown together. Glue a strip of thick fabric (felt or burlap) to the inside. Such a crown will stay better on a child’s head.

The base of the crown is ready! We decorate the crown with sequins and paper strips. We glue rolled cotton wool around the circumference of the crown, which we paint with yellow paint. Instead of cotton wool, you can use a strip of light fur.

Cardboard crown with flower

Choose a crown stencil taking into account the child’s preferences and the purpose of this product.

You can cut out only the front part of such a crown and attach an elastic band to it - then this accessory will fit any child.

Draw the outline of the crown on the wrong side of the cardboard. You can use a printed cutting template.

Glue a narrow ribbon on both sides of the crown.

To decorate, use shiny sprinkles - apply it to the crown, after drawing a pattern on it with glue.

All you have to do is shake off the glitter and the crown is ready.

We decorate the crown with a delicate artificial flower.

A crown with a flower will easily complement the image of a magical princess or spring fairy.

Elsa's crown from the cartoon Frozen (Frozen)

You can make a more complex product using a figured stencil, braid and bugle beads.

The length of the lower part of such a crown should correspond to the circumference of the child’s head. We simply fix the upper part with glue.

We decorate the bottom with braid.

We glue pebbles to the top and draw patterns. It turns out to be an elegant, neat attribute of power.

Elsa's crown is ready!

You can use a template for cutting out the top part with a more complex shape to make such a paper crown. The more complex the template, the more interesting the product looks.

A fun crown can be made from a paper plate. To do this, cut it from the central part as in the photo. Now we paint it and decorate it with rhinestones and sequins.

We bend the cut sectors. The crown is already ready.

Crown made from toilet paper roll

And rolls of toilet paper and towels can easily be turned into small symbolic headdresses, which are often worn by princes and princesses in fairy tales. A small crown made from a toilet paper roll looks interesting and touching. To make a crown, wrap a cardboard roll with colored tape.

We make deep cuts on one of the edges of the roll.

At the bottom of the crown we thread a rubber band through the holes. To prevent the rubber band from moving around, we tie a small nail in the inner part.

Miniature crown - ready!

Look at the video - how to make a crown for a princess with your own hands:

Decorate the crown to your taste, using all the power of your imagination - and any child will like the craft.

▫ Hurray, Svetlana Alekseevna, we’ll come to you for spandex. Konstantin Borisovich, that is, in institutes, all the material goes to those who write dissertations at the official request from the official institute. Biologists themselves have no interest in making varieties available to the masses. They will study the Militia tomato, write that it is unpromising for their specific research and there is no Militia. alas and ah, but, of course, you can get something now too. After all, before there were no hoses, there was no running water, this means that many varieties were watered by rain, before there was more rain, but still, it’s interesting. But we were practically deprived of breeding achievements of the past, I think this is a great tragedy. And history... caravans went to Samarkand, someone carried several bulbs in a bag, and now several bulbs are growing on you... And what is the history of modern hybrids, how they were stamped in a mutation factory.
▫ Muromsky is definitely not the same anymore. I planted it 20 years ago, I remember what grew. And now the name is the same, but the content is not typical.

▫ Once upon a time, man descended from a monkey. As a materialist, I believe in science. These are all the well-known steps of evolution: ... monkeys, troglodytes, Ukrainians, Slavs, Russians... And next to them, along with the Russians: Ukrainians, Belarusians, Germans and so on and so forth, the entire UN.
▫ Russia wanted to write this as a typo. Yes, right now, only cotton, there are Mshaks, nasty carrots, there are so many varieties of wheat, tomatoes... These are the onions they had in Uz.. If you learn how to make three-dimensional letters and numbers with your own hands, you can decorate any celebration using yarn, regular cardboard, paper napkins or corrugated paper. They are suitable for various events: company anniversary, children's birthday, wedding or anniversary. This could be a romantic inscription “LOVE”, the first letters of the lovers’ names or the age of the birthday boy. Having studied the basics of making figures, you can make any inscription that is symbolic for a particular holiday. You will find some interesting ideas in the master classes with photos below.

What can you make three-dimensional figures from with your own hands?

To create three-dimensional letters and numbers with your own hands, you can use many common materials. The simplest option is paper or cardboard. The figures they make are very light. For this reason, you can easily hang a number or letter of the alphabet on the wall and it will stick. This is a great option for holiday decorations and photo shoots. The paper can also be corrugated. Even ordinary napkins will do instead. To make three-dimensional letters and numbers with your own hands, you can also use:

  1. Fabrics such as satin, cotton, felt and fur. Figures made from them with your own hands turn out soft. If you fill the blanks with cotton wool or synthetic padding, you will get pillows that will be an element of holiday decor or any interior.
  2. Styrofoam. Crafts made from it are also very light, they can be decorated with a variety of materials - paints, flowers, ribbons, shells, rhinestones.
  3. Threads. They will already be a decorative element. Threads need to be wrapped around a frame made of cardboard or a three-dimensional rectangle of polystyrene foam.

Corrugated paper

Using this material, you can make very beautiful three-dimensional letters and numbers with your own hands. All you need is a lot of corrugated paper. The figure is not voluminous, but it looks no less original. The first step is to cut out the desired shape from cardboard. The next steps are:

  1. Cut the paper into strips 50 cm long and 3.5 cm wide.
  2. Next, bend one edge of each workpiece, as shown in the photo. The result will be a curl.
  3. The next step is to form a rosette, gradually twisting the entire strip.
  4. Secure the lower edge of the flower with matching threads.
  5. Cover the cardboard with corrugated paper of the same color.
  6. Next, paste the resulting flowers over the figure.

Volumetric numbers made from napkins

A figure made from napkins is a budget option, but it will also turn out bright and original. In addition to them, you will also need cardboard, scissors, tape, glue and a stapler. The sequence for making volumetric figures is as follows:

  1. Draw the template on a sheet of cardboard, marking it with the outline of a number of the required size. Cut two identical pieces.
  2. Using tape, glue the ends to one half of the figure first. Attach the remaining half of the figure in the same way.
  3. Next, make paper flowers. To do this, cut each napkin in half, fold the halves in half again and cut again.
  4. Place the resulting quarters together. Staple them in the middle, then cut them to make a circle.
  5. Starting from the top, use your fingers to squeeze each layer of the napkin.
  6. Spread the flower petals. Make blanks in large quantities.
  7. All that remains is to glue the flowers onto the cardboard frame.

Cardboard decorations

A three-dimensional figure made of cardboard consists of two identical parts and a number of long strips necessary to create the side of a number or letter. The finished product can be based on a flat sheet. In this case, you just need to draw the desired shape on cardboard, cut it out and design it. The 3d blank is done a little differently:

  1. Using a stencil of the selected number or letter, transfer its image onto cardboard, regular or corrugated.
  2. Cut out two identical parts.
  3. Cut strips of the sidewalls of letters or numbers that are 3-4 cm wider than the thickness of the product. Using a pen, press fold lines onto them and bend the cardboard along them.
  4. Next, glue the resulting ribs to the cardboard bases, spreading glue on the curved parts of the elements.
  5. Do all the side parts of the figure in this way, then put it under a press for a couple of hours, and then decorate it.

Crafts from threads

The frame of thread crafts is often made of cardboard. Its strength is very important so that under the action of the threads the part does not break or bend. The resulting workpiece is simply wrapped with threads of the same or different colors. This can be done very quickly. It turns out beautifully when mixing contrasting threads. For an eco-style holiday, wrap the number with twine or twine.

Volumetric letters made of paper

The paper figures are very light and delicate. This is a great decoration option for a wedding. They are also very simple to make. First you need to make a stencil of the desired letter, then transfer it to colored cardboard and cut it out. Only one blank is required. The next steps are:

  1. Cut paper of the desired color into squares of different sizes. Make roundings at the corners.
  2. Next, cut each piece in a spiral, leaving a circle in the middle, drop a little glue on it.
  3. Twist the part in a spiral in the shape of a flower, press tightly to the core to glue it together.
  4. Make a lot of these blanks from paper of different colors.
  5. Decorate the cardboard frame of the letter with flowers.
Watch the video and learn how to make three-dimensional letters from cardboard.

Fur letters and numbers

Figures can even be sewn from fur. They turn out soft and fluffy. The manufacturing principle here is the same as when using fabric. First you need to make a stencil of the required shapes. Next, it is transferred twice to the wrong side of the fur, but only in a mirror image, so that the parts can be sewn together later. Additionally, you will need to cut strips to decorate the ends of the figure. Next, all that remains is to sew all the elements in order and fill the workpiece with something soft.

Fabric crafts

Another common option for making three-dimensional letters and numbers with your own hands involves the use of fabric and filler. If you are familiar with a sewing machine, you can easily sew funny figures. These can be very small parts or large ones that can be placed on the floor. The most popular size is considered to be approximately the same as that of sofa pillows. Instructions on how to make a three-dimensional number or letter from textiles:

  1. Choose the type and color of fabric that matches the interior of the room.
  2. Draw a stencil of the desired shape on cardboard and cut it out.
  3. Make a pattern by transferring the image onto the fabric. Cut out two mirror pieces.
  4. Next, cut a strip of fabric equal to the desired thickness of the pillows.
  5. Sew the parts by hand or using a sewing machine.

What to make the base from

The simplest option is cardboard. Both flat and three-dimensional figures are made from it. In the first case, just one cut out part will be enough. For a volumetric one, you will need two identical blanks and more strips to create the ends. Another option is polystyrene foam. This material is easy to cut, although it crumbles, so a wide variety of three-dimensional elements are made from it. Plus, it's very easy to decorate. Many craftsmen even make the frame from wood or wire.

How to make three-dimensional numbers or letters

Do-it-yourself volumetric letters and numbers have long become popular in holiday decor. There are many ways to create and design a blank. For this reason, you can easily choose the option that suits your interior or holiday. The entire manufacturing process includes several main stages:

  • buy the necessary materials and tools;
  • make a layout;
  • create ends, clean up edges;
  • make the decor of the blank.

What is needed for making

The main material required is cardboard. You can use a not very dense corrugated one. This is any old shoe box or household appliance box. Not too thick cardboard holds its shape well and is easy to cut. Instead, you can use thick or thin foam. Additionally you will need:

  • paper towel tubes;
  • pencil;
  • White paper;
  • ruler;
  • PVA glue;
  • scissors.

Frame for the figure

After preparing the material, the required figure must be drawn on paper or printed on a printer. Next, you need to cut it out and transfer the resulting stencil onto the foam using a felt-tip pen. Then the blanks are cut out with a sharp knife. If cardboard is used, then the stencil is transferred to it in duplicate. The next steps are:

  1. Cut out two blanks from cardboard.
  2. Next, cut a strip of paper 2 cm wide, or larger if you want a thicker shape.
  3. Take a tube, attach a strip of paper to the edge, draw an outline along it with a pencil - you will get a ring 2 cm wide. Cut it off, make 6-7 more such blanks.
  4. Distribute the rings over one of the cardboard halves of the letter or number and glue them with hot glue.
  5. Next, coat the upper ends of the rings. Attach the other half of cardboard to them.

Trimming and finishing edges

At the next stage of creating three-dimensional letters and numbers with your own hands, you need to make the ends for the workpiece. To do this you will need several sheets of white paper. The steps here are:

  1. The paper needs to be cut into small strips, and then the ends of the product should be sealed with it.
  2. Use larger pieces of paper to cover the remaining surfaces of the cardboard letter or number. The result is a figure covered with a thick paper layer.
  3. Allow the workpiece to dry and harden, remove any protruding pieces.
  4. If using foam plastic, clean the edges of the figure with sandpaper.

Decor of volumetric numbers and letters

There are many options for designing three-dimensional letters and numbers. It all depends on the theme of the holiday. To decide on a specific option, it is worth knowing the basic techniques used to create a beautiful decoration:

  • pasting with pebbles, shells, yarn pom-poms;
  • covered with bright colored or plain fabric;
  • decorating with flowers from napkins or sheets of corrugated paper;
  • pasting with colored paper, cardboard of the same or different colors;
  • wrapping with twine or yarn.

Wrapping a three-dimensional number or letter with yarn is the easiest option. To do this, you need to carefully wind thread to thread. Shells or pebbles can be glued in any way: in a chaotic order or in the form of some simple patterns. You can place glitter on the glue-coated surface of the letter. This will make the workpiece even brighter. Other design options:

  1. Using fabric. To do this, you need to cover the front surface of the letter with glue. Next, a piece of fabric cut to the shape of the workpiece is glued onto it. Then the same is repeated with the back and side surfaces.
  2. Made from corrugated paper. In this case, the elements turn out bright and fluffy. For production you will need small strips of such paper. They can be twisted in the form of flowers, which can then be used to paste over the figure itself. The elements must be placed tightly to each other.
  3. From napkins. They are also used for flower decoration. You will need to make a lot of preparations. If the napkins are of different colors, then you can show your imagination in arranging them on the base and alternating them.
  4. Acrylic paints. They have good moisture resistance and cover many surfaces tightly. It is very easy to cover the surface of a number or letter with acrylic paint.
  5. Family photos, card details, small balloons. They are used to decorate the front surface of three-dimensional figures.

DIY birthday numbers

To decorate your holiday celebration in an original way, you can create voluminous numbers with your own hands that will reflect the age of the birthday person. An example is a one year old child, no matter whether it is a boy or a girl. This figure is very easy to make:

  1. Prepare a stencil from paper.
  2. Transfer it to cardboard and cut it out with a utility knife.
  3. Cover the workpiece with paint or paste it with colored paper.
  4. Cut out several circles from white paper. Fold each one in half 8 times, then cut out two petals on the edge of the product.
  5. Spread the resulting chamomile. Add a core of yellow corrugated paper to it.
  6. Glue daisies, decorate the cardboard blank at your discretion, for example, with sparkles, ribbons, bows, beads, etc.

Progress of the event

Children enter the hall to the music “They Learn at School.” Children and parents take their places.

U.: Hello, dear parents and dear children. Do you know why we have gathered today?

D.: Yes, we say “goodbye” to our first textbook “Primer”.

U.: That's right, guys. Indeed, today the very hour has come when we must say kind words to our reliable friend and assistant, the one who has walked alongside us from September to this day. All this time, he silently taught us what is kind, fair and good. We thank the Primer for the fact that we already know how to read and write. You know, guys, not only you started learning from this book, but also your parents, your grandparents. Famous poets and writers, popular singers and TV presenters, and even our president went to first grade, holding their first textbook - the Primer - in their hands.

Our parents and grandparents are present at our holiday today. And the guys are ready to show what they have already learned during this time.

Children take turns reading poetry.

There are a lot of different books in the world,

But Bukvar has a separate holiday.

You'll probably ask why

Did he suddenly get such an honor?

Well, what's wrong with this Primer?

We are opening it in September,

When we first started studying,

And we see a picture in it on the page.

********************************

Thirty-three sisters,

Written beauties,

Live on one page

And they are famous everywhere!

They are rushing to you now,

Glorious sisters, -

We really ask all the guys

Make friends with them!

A, B, C, D, D, F, F

We rolled up on a hedgehog!

3, I, K, L, M, N, O

Together we climbed out the window!

P, R, S, T, U, F, X

Saddled a rooster

C, Ch, Sh, Shch, E, Yu, I -

That's all they are, friends!

Meet them, kids!

Here they are - standing next to each other.

It's very bad to live in the world

For those who are not familiar with them!

*************************************

The more letters you knew, the more new words you had

Any of us was ready to read it syllable by syllable.

And now all the letters have become known to us.

We learned the whole alphabet!

And we have already read a lot of words.

All the words that we have to read.

***************************************

Letters can speak

Sing songs, laugh.

I want to be friends with them

And don't part.

The letters are all talkers,

And poets and singers.

For communication we need

So read everything, readers!

****************************************

And we say to the Primer: “Thank you!

How could we live without you?”

We cannot imagine life without books,

And everyone is already accustomed to reading.

Today is an unusual holiday,

This happens once in a lifetime.

I came to say goodbye to Bukvarik

Cheerful, friendly, first class.

Outside the window there is a moon-lantern

Floats quietly across the sky.

I now have a ABC book

Lives on my table.

They gave me an alphabet book

On my birthday.

And those who gave said:

“There is nothing more wonderful!”

Letters for writing

I write myself.

It's very fun to write with a pen:

Letters hold each other's hands

Ah, fathers! - said the pen.

What does this squiggle mean?

You ink head!

You wrote the letter "A"!

We're walking down the street

We read the signs ourselves,

What does which letter mean?

Let's find out from afar:

ABOUT round, like a ball,

AND looks like a beetle.

Here are the four letters:

Here are four more:

The word is bitter -

"PHARMACY".

Nearby are sweet words -

And opposite them is something else

It spread across the entire floor.

True, it’s so warm

This word -

"KNITWEAR".

U.: Guys, look who came to us today.

Fanfare sounds. The clown Iriska comes on stage (the role of Iriska is played by a 5th grade student).

Toffee walks through the hall greeting each child.

Toffee: Good afternoon, dear first-graders and their parents. Let's get acquainted. My name is Iriska. Girls, what is your name?(the girls answer in unison)Boys, what's your name?(The boys answer in unison.)Well, here we are.

Toffee: Today at our holiday we will not be bored, we will have fun, sing and dance!

Toffee: I'm glad I came to your holiday. One school year has almost flown by, you have become more mature, you have learned a lot of new things. And how much awaits you still ahead! By the way, where is my friend Klyopa, have you seen him? He should arrive any minute.

The soundtrack sounds, Klyopa enters (the role of Klyopa is played by a 5th grade student). Klyopa also quickly runs through the hall, greeting each child.

Klyopa:

Are you so happy, Iriska?

The last time you were like this was in May.

Toffee: (happily):

My daughter is coming to see me today.

She is big and goes to first grade.

Oh, she'll grow up smart with us now!

Klyopa:

Yes, Toffee, school is strength.

You probably didn’t study anywhere?

Toffee:

I didn’t have the chance, Klyopa, to comprehend science,

I have never taken a pen in my hand.

And I also never took the book,

And I don’t even have a table.

Klyopa:

Where do you eat?

Toffee:

Yes, just like that, on the bench,

And in the summer - on a mat on the grass.

But you didn’t study either, Klyopa?

Klyopa:

I'm in the circus, just like you were born.

I grew up here, I live here, but there are no schools here.

Even though I am many years old,

But I still don’t know the letters.

Toffee: (waving his hand, sadly):

Well, this is our fate.

We entertain people, but we don’t know the letters.

Daughter runs out. Also, shaking hands with the guys.

Daughter:

Oh, Mommy, hello! Is this Klyopa?

I haven't seen him for a hundred years! How strange is he dressed!?

Toffee: (grumpily):

You and Klyopa say hello first.

Eh, they don’t teach you enough at school!

Daughter:

What a wonderful day today!

I read a book this morning.

Toffee:

Did you somehow recognize all the letters?

Daughter: (proudly).

I know the alphabet perfectly now.

Klyopa:

Look, what a scientist!

Daughter: (shows Primer)

My Primer helped me with this.

Would you like me to teach you a lesson?

Toffee: (surprised)

Klyopa: (with hope)

And will we also know the alphabet?

Daughter: (shows the ABC book)

Of course, is it difficult?

Toffee:

But we are stupid for this, perhaps?

Daughter:

Well, what are you doing, mommy, open the primer quickly!

Toffee: (does not dare to touch the Primer)

I'm afraid of something.

Klyopa:

Come on, Toffee, don't be shy.

Toffee: (opens the Primer, points a finger at the page)

Wow, what a watermelon!

And the orange looks good!

What kind of letter is this?

Daughter:

All these words begin with her.

Klyopa: (draws the letter A in the air)

I realized it's the letter A!

Toffee:

Well, Klyopa, you are smart! And I…

(crying)I will never learn.

Daughter:

What are you talking about, mommy, what nonsense!

I'll teach you both quickly.

I want you to be literate.

Don't be afraid, move forward!

This road leads to the city of Letters.

You will read many books in your life,
Comprehending their wise power.
But forever the first of them
It will be the one who taught you how to read.*******************************************

I take the Primer for the last time,
I carry the ABC book into the spacious classroom,
And to dear Primer I say: Thank you.”
You are my first book,
Now I can read.
There are many books in the world.
I can read all the books.

*******************************************

Calligraphy

Writing beautifully is not easy:

“Yes, it’s mo-lo-ko.”

Behind the letter is a letter,

to a syllable syllable.

Well, at least someone would help!

*******************************************

First “yes”, then “yes”.

It’s already written “gives”

It’s already written “gives”

But then the pen tears the paper.

*******************************************

The notebook is ruined again -

The page needs to be torn out!

The page was torn out, and here it is:

“Ko-ro-va mo-lo-ko yes.”

*******************************************

"The cow gives milk"

But you need the opposite:

“The cow gives milk”!

Let's take a deep breath first,

Let's take a breath and cross out the line

And we'll start the matter again.

*******************************************

“Yes, it’s mo-lo-ko.”

The feather clings to "ko"

And the blot is black, like a beetle,

It suddenly slides off the end of the pen.

Not one second has passed

How “ko” and “mo” and “lo” disappeared...

*******************************************

One more page out!

And outside the window on all sides:

And the sound of the ball and the barking of the puppy,

And the ringing of some bell,—

And I’m sitting, looking at my notebook -

I print the letter after the letter:

“Yes, ko-ro-va mo-lo-ko”...

Yes! Becoming a scientist is not easy!

*******************************************

Everyone needs to know the alphabet!
So that we can read books!
Girls and boys!
Read more books!

*******************************************

How to read well
There is no need to pester your mother,
No need to shake grandma:
“Read, please read!”
No need to beg your sister:
“Well, read another page!”
No need to wait, no need to call,
Or you can pick it up and read it!

*******************************************

We all, Primer, want to say:
We thank you for everything.
And everything you did for us
We remember this, we know this!
And now I'm excited
We see you off with honor.

*******************************************

Thank you, friend, for everything,
What have you done for us!
For your first word, for your verse,
For your first story.
He taught us to read, write,
Break words into syllables.
We went with you from “A” to “Z”
And you will always be with us.

*******************************************

The people are smart and not in vain
Arranged the letters of the primer.
Memorize these letters.
There are more than three dozen of them,
And for you they are the keys
To all good books.

*******************************************

Don't forget to take it on the road
A bunch of magic keys.
You will find a way into any story,
You will enter any fairy tale.
*******************************************
Will you read books about animals?
Plants and machines.
You will visit the seas
And on gray peaks.
Wonderful lands for you
Will open the path from "A" to "Z".

******************************************
